Mouthwatering Tidbits

Giving a dinner party? Serve this as an amuse bouche: cut up an apple in very thin wedges, arrange like a flower in a dish. On top of each apple wedge, place a thin slice of gruy√®re or similar sharp cheese. Top with a small dab of balsamic jelly. Mmmm…lovely!
